Delete your account
Everything you made, permanently, done by you. You do not need the app installed and you do not need our permission — but read the subscription note first, because that part is not ours to cancel.
If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel there before you delete. Deleting your account does not stop that billing, and once the account is gone we have nothing left to cancel from. A subscription bought on the web is cancelled for you as part of the deletion.
In a browser, with the app uninstalled
Sign in with the email address on your account — a six-digit code, no password — and the button is on the settings screen you land on. It runs immediately. This is the route to use if you have already removed the app: there is nothing to reinstall.
Or from inside the app
Profile → Settings → Delete my account. The same button, the same immediate deletion, and no email to anyone.
What is deleted
All of it, at once. There is no deactivation period and no recovery window, so take anything you want to keep first — re-downloading a render you already made is free.
- Your account, and the email address on it.
- Every photograph you uploaded, removed from our storage.
- Every render made from them, including favourites and any link you shared.
- Your projects, rooms, measurements and boards, and the comments and votes on them.
- Your credit balance and your whole credit history.
What we cannot delete for you
The purchase record held by Apple, Google or Stripe. It belongs to whoever took the payment, not to us, and tax and accounting law requires them to keep it for years. It contains the purchase, not your photographs.
If you never gave us an email
An account created without an email cannot be signed into from another device, so there is nothing here for it to delete. Delete it in the app if you still have it installed. If you do not, it is deleted automatically 30 days after it was created, along with everything in it.
If you cannot sign in
Write to us from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We do it by hand and reply to confirm, within 30 days and normally within two working days. This is the backstop, not the main route — the button above is faster and does not involve us at all.
