How to cancel, how to delete your account, and how to reach a human.

Email hello@miradora.ai. A person reads it. Include the room or design you are asking about and we can look up the job behind it.

Cancel a subscription

In the app: Profile → Subscription → Cancel. One tap. No email, and nothing to wait for.

You keep the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and credits you bought stay in your balance — they never expire, subscribed or not.

Because billing runs through the App Store and Google Play, you can also cancel from your device settings: on iOS, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Play Store → Payments and subscriptions.

Delete your account

In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account.

On the web, including with the app already uninstalled: the page below. Sign in with the email address on your account and the button is on the settings screen you land on — there is nothing to reinstall and nobody to email.

Either route removes the account and everything in it — your photographs, every render made from them, your rooms, boards and credit history. It is not a deactivation and there is no recovery window, so take anything you want to keep first: every render can be re-downloaded for free before you go.

Deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription, because only the store can do that. Cancel first, then delete.

Credits, charges and refunds

Every credit cost is published inside the app, under Profile → Credits, and it is the same number the server charges — the app cannot quote you anything else.

A render that fails or is cancelled is always refunded automatically. You do not need to ask, and you do not need to notice.

Purchases themselves are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds for a purchase go through them: reportaproblem.apple.com, or Play Store → Order history.

Something looks wrong in a design

AI output can be wrong. Check anything that matters — measurements especially — against the real room before you buy or build anything.

If the architecture moved when structure lock was on, that is a bug and we want the render: send the design and we will look at the job behind it.

Reporting content, and blocking people

Boards are shared, so other people can write comments you will read. Every comment has a Report control — on the phone and on the web, and visible to everyone who can read the comment, including view-only members.

Reports go to a person, not a filter. Tell us which of the reasons fits and we will look; you do not need to write an essay, and you will not be asked to justify it.

You can also block someone outright, from the member list on the board. Blocking is mutual and immediate: you stop seeing anything they write, and they stop seeing anything you write. It is enforced on our servers, not just hidden in the app.

Blocks are reversible and listed in one place — Profile → Settings → Blocked people on mobile — so a block made in a bad moment is not permanent.

If something needs a human faster than that, email hello@miradora.ai and say so in the subject line.

Privacy and your photographs

Your photographs are sent to third-party AI providers to produce a design. The app names them and asks before the first upload; the full list and what each one receives is in the Privacy Policy.

They are never used to train any model. There is no training pipeline.
